From the very beginning, Kia was incredibly patient and thorough in the showroom, walking us through all the available options and providing clear pricing. The recommendation to go with the thicker glass was spot on—the quality and smooth operation are excellent. Ashley made scheduling easy and kept everything organized, including Devon's visit to measure our shower area. The custom glass and hardware arrived in about three weeks, exactly as expected. Devon completed the installation in just a couple of hours and did an outstanding job. The finished enclosure looks beautiful, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. The entire team was professional, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. We are extremely happy with the quality and finish of our new shower enclosure and will definitely work with them again for future home projects. Highly recommended!

All of the persons we spoke with during this process of choosing, and installing a new shower door were personable, reasonable and capable of serving and providing us with information and the final gorgeous product. We spoke with a number of designers/contractors in the area, we felt that Steve and Judy at CT Shower and Bath came up with the best design out of everyone. Their recommendations and guidance were excellent, and they were always able to accommodate any running changes we made. The follow-up to our questions was thorough and prompt, and we really enjoyed working with them. We are extremely satisfied with our new kitchen. The project was completed on budget, and in a timely fashion. I would recommend CT Shower and Bath to anybody looking for a major kitchen renovation.
